The workplace has seen a seismic shift, making new demands of managers and of business owners. We'll discuss best practice in showing leadership and building trust and teamwork, with inspiring stories - and practical lessons you can apply in your business.

Panel members include:

  • Tina Krokos - MD, CWM Homewares - CWM Homewares is a major distributor of homeware products. Tina's philosophy - 'When you get the culture right, the business is in the best hands' - and her ability to develop engaged and productive cultures has enabled her to steer the business through COVID and the hybrid working environment. 
  • Dr Glenn Williams - CEO, LCP Global - Before founding LCP Global in 2010, Glenn served as Group VP, Sr. Vice President, and COO for Global Operations overseeing 700 staff and a budget of US$110 million. His doctorate reveals ways organisational culture, leadership and well-being affect decision-making and performance.
  • Guy Mycroft  - Principal, Mycroft Management and Consulting & member of The Network of Consulting Professionals  -With a background in manufacturing, Guy has helped more than 150 organisations address key leadership and strategic issues to deliver change. Guy is Chair of three groups of CEOs and business leaders with The Executive Connection.
  • Siobhan Kinsella  - Co-Founder & Head of Strategy, Major Creative & member of The Network of Consulting Professionals  -Siobhan has helped clients in the digital space bring their brands to life and grow for over 15 years, and has managed a team of local and remote team members for over a decade. She believes passionately that the hybrid workplace can create happier and more productive teams.
